What you will do

• Validate program and security engineering activities are synchronized with USTRANSCOM's transformation efforts (Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, and Cybersecurity).
• Work in a collaborative environment to fully understand customer requirements and supports their programs to achieve full lifecycle management of services.
• Analyze and evaluate IT strategic plans and programs; provides recommendations to key enterprise managers to improve IT functionality with emphasis on DevSecOps and agile SDLC methodologies.
• Perform DevSecOps capability planning activities to attain strategic USTRANSCOM mission objectives; prepare plan assessments focused on the delivery of strategic business capabilities.
• Perform product owner duties such as backlog grooming, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, review and analyze metrics and provide guidance to resolve any issues.
• Validate cloud sourced information security products/tools and services are delivered to the government to meet or exceed statutory and regulatory requirements.

Substitution of education may be used in lieu of specialized experience for NH-II grade level.
