About the role
This position is located in the DoW Office of Inspector General (DoW OIG), Deputy Inspector General for Administrative Investigations (DIG-AI), Whistleblower Reprisal Investigations (WRI) Directorate. The incumbent will provide programmatic support to the DIG-AI senior leadership; including the leadership for the Whistleblower Reprisal Investigations Directorate.
What you will do
- Provides the full range of statistical analysis and reporting for whistleblower reprisal investigations.
- Establishes, develops, maintains, and provides standardized and ad-hoc reports in order to enable enable effective management and oversight.
- Establishes, develops, maintains, and provides standardized and ad hoc statistical reports, using spreadsheets, pivot tables, and other functions, for internal and external audiences.
- Manages database quality control to ensure data integrity.
- Performs periodic evaluation of closed case files to ensure program meets CIGIE and AI standards; includes random sampling of a statistically significant number of cases for thoroughness and completeness.
- Assists in the generation of graphics, dashboard and views of program statistics to guide personnel in the accomplishment of business processes and functions.
- Represents the interests of the directorate in the implementation of the enterprise-wide case management system to the other major DoD components, including identifying and testing requirements to develop functionalities of the CRM-based system.
