Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive incoming calls directly from upset veterans. - Receive incoming calls transferred from the call center. - Communicate with potentially violent, homicidal and/or suicidal veterans. - Process exam cancellations. - Review pending no- show cases and processes them accordingly. - Coordinate and processes reschedule as necessary. - Review AMTIS Survey cards and follow up with veteran if necessary. - Update status for pending no- show cases. - Remove/ed…
