THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST T32, PDD2964000 and is part of the AZ Human Resources Office ANG, National Guard.

What you will do

• THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
• This position is located in the JFHQ-State Human Resources Office (HRO) in Phoenix, Arizona.
• The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist in a developmental capacity.

Education

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics): 1. Knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, and methodology used in Human Resource Management. 2.

Skill in applying basic principles, concepts, and practices of the occupation sufficient to perform moderately difficult assignments. 3. Ability to effectively communicate information clearly, orally and in writing.

4. Ability to gather and analyze basic facts and draw conclusions. 5.

Ability to learn the operation of automated data systems.
