THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) T32, PDD2054000 and is part of the AZ Camp Navajo, National Guard.

- This position is located at the Arizona Training Center in Bellemont, Arizona.
- This position serves as the senior personnel NCO and has responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the accomplishment of work performed in the areas of personnel management and administration.

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics): 1. Knowledge and ability to research and analyze information where judgment is required when only the spirit or intent of governing regulation is available 2.
Knowledge of personnel authorizations, unit manning documents, and duty assignment requirements and criteria sufficient to maintain personnel readiness levels. 3. Knowledge of personnel deployment requirements to inspect individual mobilization files, review and monitor the status of subordinate unit's personnel and medical deployment requirements.
Provide feedback to command for follow-up action. 4. Knowledge of organizational strength maintenance procedures to assist in the performance, coordination, and support of recruiting activities.
5. Knowledge of administrative regulations sufficient to train organizational personnel in the administration of postage accounts, file systems, publications, and correspondence.

What to expect next
