About this job
The Health Information Management Representative II is responsible for performing diversified clerical duties and transcribing recorded dictation for physicians. This includes dictation relating to medical physicals, progress notes, surgical procedures, consultation, patients' histories and discharge summaries. This position will work 10-hour shifts. Essential Job Functions Transcribe dictation from physicians, physician assistants, visiting consultants, administration, and elsewhere as needed.…
