About the position: This position is guaranteed 20 hours per week. As a RPT employee, you are eligible to earn annual leave, sick leave and benefits, to include Health/Dental, Life Insurance, Employer Matching 401K and NAF Retirement.

What you will do

• Cleans lodging guest rooms, corridors, stairways, facilities, and other assigned lodging areas.- Cleans and sanitizes guest room appliances, cooking utensils and dishes.- Makes beds and changes linen.
• Collects soiled linen and places it at a pickup point.- Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls.- Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels, soap, and other complimentary sundry items.- Keeps a stock of cleaning materials and equipment needed to do the work.- Notes condition of facilities and reports to supervisor broken windows, water leaks, clogged drains, and other conditions requiring maintenance.
• May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty required to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to frequently lift and empty wastebaskets; frequently pushing carts, weighing more than 100 pounds, loaded with dirty laundry or wastepaper; and occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Education

Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation or a signed memorandum indicating the installation's decision on the 3-year residency requirement.

A probationary period may be required. Pre-employment requirements must be satisfactorily met prior to Entrance on Duty (EOD). Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
