Description: Corrections officers for the Miami County Sheriff’s Office are responsible for the intake and release and daily observation of inmates. The staff rotates work responsibilities between our two facilities. The “Full-Service Jail”, a linear, bar-style jail located in downtown Troy houses higher-classified inmates, while the “Minimum Security Facility”, an open, pod-style jail located on N.
