About the role
This position is located in the Risk Management Agency (RMA),Deputy Administrator for Compliance (DAC), Northern Regional Compliance Region serving the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Duty location will be determined upon selection and MUST be within one of the states listed above in the Northern Regional Compliance Area.

- Explains and promotes the regulatory/compliance program to those whose activities are subject to it, as well as to the general public.
- Serve as an investigator with responsibility to conduct on-site reviews and evaluations of Re-insured Companies and general Risk Management program operations to ensure compliance with FCIC approved policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Assist senior investigators in reviewing problems, controversies or alleged or suspected irregularities in claim inspections and payments.
