We are hiring a dedicated Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team and provide direct mental health support to individuals in our community. Provide group therapy, discharge planning, treatment planning, and assessments. Complete mental health assessments on all patients to determine social service needs, diagnosis and plan of care.
