Location/Department: Hospital - Hospice 80/pp Job Summary: Assists with personal care and homemaking tasks to enable patients to remain in their homes in a caring and compassionate manner. Assists patients and families by providing emotional support. Performs services as ordered by the clinical team which may include a variety of medical duties such as vital signs.
