What you will do

- Monitors and tracks obligations/expenditures through continuing dialog with officials and staff, review of written documents and examination of records.
- Using information technology, uses quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including trends and variation, to analyze and evaluate the quantity and quality of work, regulatory compliance of program operations, and effectiveness of services in meeting goals and objectives.
- Identifies issues of concern in program areas, recommends and coordinates corrective actions, and effects change and procedural and process improvements, as necessary.
