BASE OPERATIONS MANAGER (TITLE 32)

About the role

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a BASE OPERATIONS MANAGER (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD2976000 and is part of the TN ARMY National Guard. This vacancy is not eligible for membership to a labor organization.

What you will do

• As a BASE OPERATIONS MANAGER, GS-0301-11, you will manage the overall operational aspects of the GTC, to include long and short-range planning, and directing the operation, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and construction of all real property.
• Manage a variety of funds including program management of Range and Training Program (RTLP) funds and Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) funds.
• Communicate and coordinate with the staff and various organizational headquarters on matters pertaining to supply and training support activities.
• Primarily serve as a first-level supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What to expect next
