The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Force hydrology subject matter specialist and consultant for issues associated with environmental restoration for all Air Force installations, Air Force organizations, and other DoD agencies.

  • Individually or as committee chair, evaluates the technical and scientific requirements of proposals.
  • Develops performance standards and formulates hydrology evaluation criteria including quality control measures to be included as integral parts of contractual agreements and/or awards.
  • Represents AFCEC in contract activities which directly impact the Government's interest.

This is an acquisition demonstration project position NH-03 equivalent to a GS-12 to GS-13.
